The outdoor hot springs were the best aspect of this hotel. They had great scenery and the water was warm and soothing. The hotel was also situated in a quiet area near some beautiful hiking trails. the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service to the nearest train station, which was very convenient for us.
The worst aspect of our stay was the food. It wasn't very tasty and the portions were small.

This Onsen hotel features a beautiful Japanese garden with several amenities. Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in either large outdoor or private family Onsen. The Deluxe Room also has its own Onsen, and guests highlight the delicious meals served for breakfast and dinner. attentive and amicable staff offer a great service experience to make the stay comfortable.
Some guests comment on the small size of the room, which may not be appropriate for groups of four.

Spent a lovely new year's trip at a recently renovated Onsen hotel. the outdoor and private family onsens were very well-maintained and relaxing. the location was perfect for us as it was located away from the busy city center but still accessible enough for us to take a day trip and explore. the hotel provided delectable meals with great choices that everyone in our group enjoyed. We also appreciated the attentive and friendly service staff.
The room was a bit cramped for the number of people we had, so we had to move some furniture around to make it more comfortable. It would have been better if we were informed beforehand that two rooms would be better suited for our group of five.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The hotel facilities were amazing, and I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms. Additionally, the hotel staff members were incredibly helpful and accommodating with all of my needs. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the location in the Japanese garden was just breathtaking.
